Dongjin Semichem’s expansion reinforces Killeen’s role in the semiconductor materials supply chain, particularly for ultra-high-purity chemicals used in photolithography.
The project supports national efforts to onshore semiconductor manufacturing inputs that were previously sourced internationally.
KEDC supported the project through coordination with state partners, local approvals, and ongoing engagement during early and re-engagement phases.
Currently assisting with FTZ application as subsite of FTZ Central Texas. Would be the first approved FTZ in Bell County.
